Robert Dominguez
Corporate Counsel

Robert Dominguez serves as the Corporate Counsel at Ember Education. His primary area of responsibility is providing legal advice to San Joaquin Valley College and Carrington College on matters involving employment law, Title IX, subpoena compliance, and general litigation. Robert has litigated in state and federal courts as well as state and federal administrative agencies.

Robert was born and raised in the Inland Empire area of southern California and has been a licensed attorney in California since 2004. He was the first in his immediate family to attend a four-year university, graduating from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and then Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.

Prior to joining Ember Education, Robert practiced employment law and business litigation at several southern California law firms before taking an in-house counsel position at a nationwide HR services company based in St. Petersburg, Florida.
