Tara Miceli is a Regional Director of Operations at Carrington College where she drives operational performance, organizational development, and continuous improvement for the College. Over her 20-year career, Tara has been able to leverage her broad corporate acumen and strategic and business management expertise to ensure growth and sustainability.

Tara’s career has included time in the finance and banking industry while working with the Association for Corporate Growth on M&A business cases. She also served as a consumer loan, mortgage loan and investment officer. Having transitioned to education, Tara helps colleges with sales growth, business-to-business partnerships, automation of processes, and finance and accounting to drive operational efficiency and process improvement.
